I really believe that nothing will benefit human health and increase chances for survival of life on Earth as much as eating a #vegan diet. It's the best thing we can do to help the environment. Personally, I love salads but a vegan diet doesn't have to be all salads. There's a huge range of foods available now from burgers to curries to vegan fish. I try to find locally grown food and cook my own as much as I can - there are lots of amazing recipes available online. If you really can't face going vegan can you at least reduce the amount of meat/dairy you consume each week?
