We can all create mini moments of mindfulness throughout our day. It could be a few moments in quiet stillness while we wait for the kettle to boil, or while we sit drinking our tea. It could be while we wait for our computer to come on, or as simple as taking a deep breath of fresh air when we step outside. We can allow the telephone to ring three times before we answer it, so that we can become aware of our breath and speak from a centred and calm space. Everything we do can be done better from a place of relaxation.
