WHO TEACHES THE COURSE?
It is my passion to support people in developing deep levels of self-love and consciousness so that they can move forward and create their fullest lives possible. I believe in working with Nature in ways that can help us heal both ourselves and the Earth.
I believe that a new spiritual human species is emerging. These 'new humans' understand themselves and why they behave as they do. They feel self-love and don’t let past experiences rule their future. They take responsibility for their health. They are conscious, spiritual and emotionally intelligent. They know that everyone is put on this Earth for a reason and they know what their calling is.
I've been 'labeled' as all sorts of things in the past: shy, co-dependent, echoist, people-pleaser etc. Then, in 2017, I was in a car crash and had a head injury which shifted my way of thinking. The accident was followed by a number of incidents that led to further shifts in my consciousness and a completely different way of seeing the world. Now it is my mission to help other people develop shifts in their thinking, increase self-esteem, and create balance in their lives.
As global warming and the 6th Mass extinction threaten our livelihoods, people need to change and start embracing a more natural lifestyle. I am combining my love of the mind and my love of Nature and dedicating myself to my work helping people become more conscious and able to adapt to a new, natural way of living. Jane Redfern.
The boring bit:
Jane Redfern originally trained as a counselor then studied for a nursing degree and worked as a nurse in the NHS. She has also trained in clinical hypnotherapy and Carl Jung depth psychology. She ran a horticultural business for over a decade and has always loved Nature and the outdoors. For this course, she is combining her fascination with the mind and her love of Nature, and dedicating herself to working to help people become more conscious and able to adapt to a new, natural, way of living.
